eh, more like hard rock

But NG doesn't give that genre as a choice, so meh. I didn't really like the tone of the distortion, the transition from clean guitar to distorted just wasn't that smooth. But the overall song is good.

as said below by listiners as well as yourself, the drums are overdone as far as compression goes. Other than that, the mix is good. The layout of the song is nice too, i especially liked the ending. I also like how this is metalcore and NOT too mainstream-ish. So points for originality in most parts.

yeah, this is a slightly faster version. i wanted to re-upload it rather than just edit it and change the file. so that it was a fresh upload. better chance of more people hearing it haha.

there's too much reverb on the vocals in my opinion. And as said below, your voice is too quiet. The lyrics are fine though.
